Dr. Linh Nguyen
This is a letter to introduce Star Bright Dental and myself. Our dental office has been in the South Ontario community since June 2000. There are two dentists in our practice, Dr. Don (Hiep) Nguyen and myself, Dr. Linh Nguyen. We see patients as young as 3 years of age and up. While there are many dental procedures we deliver to our patients daily, our mission and philosophy is to enhance the quality of life of those people who come to us for their dental care. Our primary concern is your comfort and health. We want to hit home the concept of prevention is the best treatment.
My name is Dr. Linh Nguyen. I was a refugee from Vietnam. In 1981, the United States of America opened its kind hands to accept our family. We first settled in a small town, Loma Linda, in August 1981. At the age of 10, when I arrived to California, my limited English included a few phrases such as “my name is Linh Nguyen, how are you, I’m fine, etc…” Our first years in America was not without hardship and difficulties; however, I’m forever thankful to our generous country for giving me and my family the opportunity to pursue a new life, and an education to a useful profession. My undergraduate study was done at University of California Riverside, and I received my dental education at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, in 1996.
March 2012 marks my 15th wedding anniversary to my loving husband, Phil. We have 3 adorable and energetic children, Nathan, Nolan, and Noelle. Nathan is our 11 year old bookworm. Nolan, 8, is the practical comedic with a touch of naughtiness. And 5 year old Noelle is our “tomboy” baby girl who warms your hearts with her caring words and thoughtfulness. We believe in “working hard and play harder”. Our play time involves a lot of traveling. The children have travelled as young as 6 months old. Since the children have gotten older we recently have started to take a lot of interstate road trips. Our family thoroughly enjoy the beauty of nature, and historical values from these trips.
With sincerity, my staff and I invite you to visit Star Bright Dental. I hope you will give me the opportunity to hear your concerns about your teeth, and take care of your dental needs. We look forward to giving you the quality dental care that you deserve.
